The main part of the structure is the Art Nouveau style villa, which belonged to a titled family for many years and has recently been renovated.
Located in the heart of the hotel the restaurant abides by Tuscan culinary traditions, offering the region's most famous dishes, including fresh fish, brought in daily from the Tyrrhenian coast. The restaurant enjoys beautiful views over the majestic towers of San Gimignano and the rolling, green hills of the Val d'Elsa. Every dish can be accompanied by the best Tuscan and Italian wines, naturally including Vernaccia wine from San Gimignano. During the warmer months you can also dine at the pool bar, Pied dans L'eau.
